These coaching packages were developed by world-champion triathlete/coach Karen Smyers. Her 25 years of experience in the sport of triathlon has shaped her quality approach to training.
Each race package provides heart rate and perceived exertion-based workouts for the 10-week period in all three sports. All also include
• efficiency and form drills for each sport
• equipment tips
• nutrition recommendations
• motivational advice and mental tactics
• email access to Karen during the training phase to answer questions and provide individual feedback.
Season Prep coaching package $149 (choose long-distance or short)
This 12-week training plan will provide you with the base from which you can launch the rest of the season. Emphasis is on efficiency, strength training, and endurance in swimming, biking, and running as well as some cross-training activities.
Sprint distance coaching package: $89 (choose beginner or experienced)
Race-specific packages available for Danskin All-Women’s Triathlon, Timberman sprint, Hyannis Sprint, Falmouth Sprint, and Duxbury Tri among others.
Olympic distance coaching package: $99 (choose beginner or experienced)
Race-specific packages available for Granite Ledges, Fairlee, Ashland, Cranberry Classic, Chicago, LA Triathlon among others.
Half-Ironman coaching package: $119 (choose beginner or experienced)
Race-specific packages available for Mooseman, Patriot Half, Providence 70.3, Eagleman, Timberman, Firmman, and Musselman among others.
Ironman package: $139 (choose beginner or experienced)
Race-specific packages available for Lake Placid, and all other Ironman races.
